A Few “How To’s” about Bible Study (cont.)

Take one question at a time
Read the question and the answer. Then look up the Bible passages, and see for yourself. If you are sure you understand, and that you agree with the answer, then go to the next question.

Read your Bible daily
Bible reading is not something we do once a week on Sunday. It should be a habit as steady and as regular as eating. In fact, Job said he treasured God's Word more than his necessary daily food (Job 23:12).

Make a life-commitment
Bible reading is useless unless it is applied. Make a commitment to God that you will apply what you learn to your everyday life. In this way, the impressions will be more lasting and you will begin immediately to benefit from your Bible study.

Bottom line:The more you apply the Word of God to your life,
the happier you will be!
