Chapter 7: Millennial Education
In recent years, student resistance has been a major obstacle in education. Students are even encouraged to organize and demonstrate if their own views are contrary to those of the system.
How will the new government persuade everyone to support it? What about those who are rebellious and unwilling to learn, who would rather disturb the class than to learn themselves—or allow others to learn?
Christ and His saints and any of their lower-ranking assistants right down to the humblest teacher, will brook no opposition. All will have Divine authority at their command, and students who refuse to cooperate will be reprimanded and dismissed immediately. If they refuse to cooperate, they will be removed from the scene of action. To be permitted to live during this golden age of prosperity will be a sacred privilege not to be taken lightly, and those who do not appreciate it will lose it. If anyone wonders what is right or wrong, “thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, this is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left” (Isa. 30:21). If one obeys the laws, he will live in happiness and blessing; if he refuses to obey, he will die. It is as simple and straightforward as that. There will be no tolerance for deviant behaviors or wilful disobedience.
